(Maldives) Looking for a Sous Chef (Western Cuisine) for a 5* luxury resort.
About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible to assist for the smooth operation of the Kitchen ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operation.
Responsibility:
- Assist in the training of all employees in compliance of company procedures.
- Assist Head Chef to supervise the restaurant in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience in similar positions in a luxury hotel is preferred
